The first interview was through a staffing agency. Four people were explained to about different job openings in the area and then a IQ test and a drug test was given. After that we were told that we would be contacted as needed by whichever employer is in search or in need for an employee. Ebonite Inc. called me an gave me a specific time to come in for a face to face interview. A few personal questions were asked about me and my work history and also a brief description was explained to me about the company itself as far as what they manufacture, the work environment, and also the rules and regulations. After all of this, the next day I was called in and hired on the spot!
