Eaton MBA Internship Program interview questions

I submitted my application mid-December and didn't hear from Eaton for a month. Then I had a phone interview with a regular employee - not an HR person. It was relaxed and comfortable. The questions were typical behavioral questions, tell me about a time... and then how you handled the situation, etc. I promptly received an email explaining the rest of the process and that it might be 4-6 weeks before they decided whether to do an on-site interview. After 5 weeks I followed up and they said I should have received an email the previous week telling me 'no thanks'.
