I was pursued starting 6 mos. ago by Eaton corporate for this job only to get delayed multiple times. Then they killed the headcount about 3 mos ago toward end of the year as they played year end games. Immediately at start of the year they started the pursuit again. Finally they asked me to Re- apply (wait I already applied and you were pursuing me) . Finally a local HR person emailed and called me to set up an phone interview with hiring manager. On the day and time of my phone interview hiring manager never called but had an office mate call. Never heard from them again until I called corporate who was pursuing me in first place, Found out the local branch was doing this to promote within. Glad I was not pursuing them as this process was a joke
