I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton in May 2010
Interview
Applied through website. Received call back requesting phone interview about 2 weeks later. One week after phone interview, was asked to fly to a plant with other interns for a 2nd round interview. About a week after the 2nd round interview, an offer was extended.
Initial interview questions were standard textbook behavioral questions. The 2nd round interview consisted of 2 interviews. One with my manager and one with another manager. They asked a few questions but were more interested in getting to know me and judging the "fit".
