Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, then hiring manager followed by onsite interviews with teams of 2 if you pass phone interview with Hiring Manager. Questions about background/experiences. Behavior based interview structure
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (Cleveland, OH) in Sept 2014
Interview
Phone screen interview which is just a verification of minimum requirements for the job are met. Then when the interview on site happens, they ask behavioral based questions from Lominger competencies. The recruiter was nice, but she did more talking about the company than asking me questions, so it felt like just a "check the box" kinda conversation. Which was kinda nice because she obviously decided to invite me to HQ for the interview before she called. Once in HQ, I had two interviews with one main question each. They had follow up questions to my answers, but each lasted about a half hour. I was later given an opportunity to give a presentation on projects I did while an intern and other previous job experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to take the lead when no one asked you to.
I applied online. I interviewed at Eaton (Denver, CO)
Interview
Recruiter does a phone screen, then if the hiring manager wants to talk to you they may call or set up an on-site interview. If not, you won’t find out for a while on the status. The on-site interview is poorly organized. I flew in and they gave me an agenda but several people cancelled so they scrambled last minute to find interviewers, all in front of me. No tour of the facility and even the hiring manager didn’t talk to me anymore than the formal interview questions. Then they sent me away with little understanding of what happens next.

Question 1
Behavioral based questions: “Tell me about a time when you...” etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Eaton (Waukesha, WI) in Jun 2017
Interview
I had a phone screen with someone in talent acquisition. It was a basic review of my resume and I felt it went well. I was told I would hear back in about a week and a half. That was my last contact with the company other than two emails I sent to the person I interviewed with that went unanswered.
