Interview
This was probably the worst experience I have ever had. I’d rather be ghosted than getting such an attitude.
Spoke with HR specialist. She clearly has no clue what
she was talking about. Very unorganized, felt like she was
forced to get on a call with me just to check that off of
her tasks list of the day. Maybe other people will have a
better luck with her or just get a different HR who
actually wants the company to succeed.

Question 1
How do you think your experience is going to apply in this role?

There were five rounds of interviews. After the final interview, they became silent, and no update from them for a while until I followed them up. They rushed to do the interviews but didn't seem they care at all if the candidates were not who they wanted. I spent so much time on prep and interviews. Candidates' time is also money and they should know about it.

Intro phone call with recruiter - didn't feel she provided any added value details about the process
VP product first interview - fair, focused mainly on my history and product vision
Home assignment -
(1) requirements were not fully clear - felt it was written only to the person who actually wrote this task => answered clarification questions raised
(2) it was about the company's product which automatically puts you in a lower position, as you have much less data than they do
Presentation of home assignment = horrible experience, felt they keep asking side questions that are not part of the assignment itself / or the presentation itself = felt like they forgot what they asked to do - and just tackled more and more side questions based on their experience in the company with the specific product, while forgetting the candidate has much less data than they do about their own products
