I applied online. I interviewed at EasyHealth (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2021
Interview
The interview was quick and simple process. The interview consisted of two rounds. The projected OTE seemed a bit of a stretch when working with the company. Simple and expected questions

Question 1
How would you explain technology/a difficult task to an elderly person?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EasyHealth (Salt Lake City, UT) in Nov 2021
Interview
Typical phone screen from recruiter, followed by a "sales manager" who said "heck yeah" a lot and finished with "we'll be in contact about the next steps"... Which was silence for over a month. I then apply to the same position with an updated start date, since I never heard from the original one (the classic "we'll be in touch" is often a good faith communication of followup, and it's often recruiter/job lingo for "not in this lifetime")... This netted me another recruiter call. I explain to her that I'm "still in the process or waiting to hear back on the original interview"... She didn't want to continue the interview process until touching base with the original sales manager on feedback. She gets back with me stating they won't pursue my candidacy any further.
