Easy Ice interview questions

Phone interview with hr first. I asked hours and she said normal Monday through Friday 8-5 but when I got to in person interview also included on call every 4th weekend. 2 person panel, in office setting.

The interview process involved answering basic questions, which extended a bit longer than expected. Two interviewers took turns asking questions, focusing on how I would handle difficult situations, often rephrasing the same inquiries in different ways.
