I participated in a behavioral interview phone call with HR in 2020. Interviewer was very unprofessional, antagonistic and rude, even going as far as disparaging the university I was attending. This was easily the worst phone screen experience I have ever had
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very typical interview questions about education level and experience.
What is your GPA?
Tell me about your educational background?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Easy Breathe (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Short and simple phone interview followed up by an in person interview which saw multiple people interview me in sequence and simultaneously. This allowed me to meet many members of the team whom I would end up working with. It was a fun experience because it seemed very casual and the questions were simple enough because they were not HR/management for the most part. It was a good opportunity to open up and ensure that I could speak to people and handle a rapid series of questions...just like I would on the phones for the job.
Friendly staff and relatively thorough interview process. It wasn't too hard or too easy. Everyone was pretty nice and they made me feel comfortable during the interview process. I didn't end up getting the offer but am working on getting my resume and experience to a better place.
