I applied online via craigslist. I had a phone interview with the development director. I then had a panel interview with the development director, a board member, and one of the admin. person.

This was a very strange interview because I am childfree by choice, and it is a baby non profit. I felt shamed and guilted. This lead the interview in the wrong direction. This organization despise their glowing
"family" vibe seem fishy to me.
