Jodie, a recruiter from Eastridge Workforce Solutions, contacted me through phone about the Jr. Graphic Designer position. We spoke about the position and basically interviewed me about my experience and goals. After that Jodie contacted me again to schedule an interview with Cynthia, Marketing Manager, and Jason, Director of Marketing, the following week.
The day of the face to face interview, I met with Jodie first. She talked me through what to expect, basically prepared me for the interview and put my nerves at ease. In the interview with Cynthia and Jason, they were very welcoming and very genuine. They were very passionate about the company, which made me become more excited about joining the Marketing team. Since Jodie did the more formal interview, I felt the interview with Cynthia and Jason was more about getting a feel of how I would fit into the company and going over my portfolio.
