Phone interview. Interview was pleasant and conversational in nature, and technical employees interviewed me for the position. Eastman got back to me within a few weeks, and I accepted the offer. The entire process was well organized and pleasant, compared to many other companies I interviewed with.

Interview
Friendly interviewer, asked me typical interview questions for team and alignment. Then, there was a dinner with other people who were also interviewing to work there. They seemed to care about me as a person.
The interview was pretty casual. The interviewer did not smile a lot which made me a bit nervous. It was brief, only about 20 minutes or less. It was similiar to other interviews at the fair I attended.

Good interview process where the interviewers were willing to get to know you as a candidate to see if you would provide value to the company. They also allow you to get to know the company during the interview and are very candid about their experiences.
