      The interview process is structured to give several managers and prospective peers an opportunity to assess a candidate. Each interviewer has several areas of focus they are trying to assess the candiate in, such as, technical capability, communication skills, and leadership skills. Likewise, the process is conducive toward the candidate assessing Eastman's fit for them.
