Brief but detailed. Interviewers are particular on attendance and being on time. Will ask background if fit for the job being applied. Interviews will be facilitated first by an HR personnel then followed by Manager then the director.

Interview
The interview is composed of series of exams, essays and interview. The exams are just IQ Tests, while the essays are the typical HR interview questions. The interview has two parts, HR and technical. Although, there are some technical questions during HR interview like 'what do you know about internet' questions. The technical interview is a panel interview composed of 2 interviewers.
