Simple and straightforward process. Turn around was quick as well. Interviewer was professional and courteous. No complaints on my end. Just simple background and why you wanted the position. Fairly stress free and flexible timing wise as well.

in- application, 2 interviews: 1st with assistant store manager & 2nd with store manager, then met some team members. They were relaxed and asked me to submit a photo of me doing a recent outdoor sport and why I liked doing that sport.

Very basic: tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, what’s your favorite outdoor sport, how often you do that sport and how long, what’s days/ hours you can work, and how can you assist the customer in finding the right gear and equipment for the outdoor sport they want to do.
