Interview very easy and done by CCM, was very friendly and made me feel welcome , they do discuss the company and mostly ask about your customer service and how you deal with difficult customers

Very informal, friendly, trainers very knowledgeable. Small venue. Not a huge amount of candidates. Refreshments available with plenty of breaks. Everything thoroughly explained, with an aircraft visit in the hangar. Very exciting.
