East Side Pies interview questions

I dropped by with a resume and got a call a few days later from the manager. They had me come in and talk a little about personal life and past experiences. Later in the interview, the manager asked for references, and I am certain that the only reason I was hired was due to the fact that I knew someone who currently worked there.
