I have to say this was the most unprofessional experience of my life. The recruiting was all over the place. They did not have set criteria to select a candidate and hastily made a decision. I am an international student with a STEM major and I am allowed to work without H1B for 3 long years and even later could have worked with EB2NIW. I was really looking forward to having a great career at East Penn after receiving an offer from their end but just because they felt vulnerable with this they rescind my offer saying I asked them for 3 weeks period for my relocation before started. Absolute lie. They just ghost you after their own mess-up. International Students please do not apply to this company. The recruiting here is very loose. They can throw you out at any time. One needs to at least have the professionalism to convey bad news to a candidate with a logical reason. I live far off and to shift my whole world in just 1 week wasnt possible. people who have been working for years have good reviews because they have been established in their tasks but the new recruiting is an absolute disgrace.
