It is a straightforward, low-stress interview setup with two rounds. For the first round, they focus on getting to know you, understanding your background, and gauging your alignment with the company’s values. The second round is a continuation, diving a bit deeper into your experience and practical skills, but still keeping things informal and relaxed. It's likely more conversational and aimed at understanding your fit with the team rather than technical grilling.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EarthX (TX) (Dallas, TX)
Interview
First interview via a video call, then was requested to come in for a second in person interview. They asked specific questions about how one handles marketing duties as well as expressed interest in past relevant job experiences. I was ghosted and ignored via email after spending time on two interviews with two individuals. Despite following up with two emails, I did not receive a response except for the mass automated Indeed email two weeks later.
There was a lack of diversity in their office and as a minority - this makes me uncomfortable and makes me feel discriminated against since I was met with a lack of response during the interview process after participating in two interviews in which they received marketing suggestions during the interview. If you want to waste your time interviewing for a company that will take your partnership suggestions and choose to leave you hanging after you reach out politely a few times, be my guest and interview with this company.
It is not only rude but unprofessional and discriminatory to behave in such a manner. I would not recommend this company. Companies should treat people with respect and kindness in the interview process instead of choosing to ghost potential hires.
