EarthX (TX) interview questions

First interview via a video call, then was requested to come in for a second in person interview. They asked specific questions about how one handles marketing duties as well as expressed interest in past relevant job experiences. I was ghosted and ignored via email after spending time on two interviews with two individuals. Despite following up with two emails, I did not receive a response except for the mass automated Indeed email two weeks later. There was a lack of diversity in their office and as a minority - this makes me uncomfortable and makes me feel discriminated against since I was met with a lack of response during the interview process after participating in two interviews in which they received marketing suggestions during the interview. If you want to waste your time interviewing for a company that will take your partnership suggestions and choose to leave you hanging after you reach out politely a few times, be my guest and interview with this company. It is not only rude but unprofessional and discriminatory to behave in such a manner. I would not recommend this company. Companies should treat people with respect and kindness in the interview process instead of choosing to ghost potential hires.
