Second interview: Unfortunately, this experience was entirely different. The person hiring for this position was rude and abrupt, seemingly intent on asserting dominance through constant interruptions, claiming informality. There was limited opportunity for me to express myself as she consistently interrupted, leaving the impression that she was too preoccupied. This unprofessional interview aligns with other negative reviews here, which hint at a toxic work environment. If creative professionals treat fellow designers in such a manner, they should possess a design portfolio that justifies their arrogance. I decided to remove myself from the interview process before learning whether I progressed to the next round. The potential salary of $200k+ is not worth the toll on one's mental well-being.
