45 minute meeting with the president. Tour of the office. Met with a Vice President. Was offered a beverage and answered about 20 questions. Very casual environment. I felt the questions were not very invasive.
I applied online. I interviewed at EZlocal (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2021
Interview
No one reviewed the resume that I sent in for my sonication including the owner. For the first interview, my resume hadn't even been forwarded on to the interviewer. The interviews didn't feel personalized and felt more like they were trying to convince me why it was great to work there.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In the second interview, I was asked about salary requirements and they couldn't come close to what I thought was fair for the role. They told me my salary requirements (at least $50k) were why I didn't get the role. None of the questions were particularly challenging, they were all pretty standard.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at EZlocal (Lombard, IL)
Interview
You will bet hired if you want to work there. That's how bad it is, the job itself sucks but the managers are worse. The president only has the managers at their position because they can sell but have no other attributes that are equally if not more important than selling like being professional.

Question 1
What is your background. If you are interested in the job you will be asked to sit in for an hour to see people do their job and then sleep on it weather you want the job. The managers are very nice at first but after a month they treat you like everyone else. Managers are unprofessional to say the least, not only to the employees but to the costumers but for some reason the prez and owner turn a blind eye to the managers behavior. The high turnover rate is a huge part of the managers fault.
