I was interviewed briefly by Human Resources, then 3 young ladies, and then their Manager. A couple days after the interview, Human Resources reached out to me by email and told me the team really liked me and they would follow up with me in less than a week. After a week and a half I followed up and was told they would be getting back to me a week after that, and that cycle continued until I actually called and was told they would follow up with me on July 12th, which was a whole month after my initial interview. When they finally reached out to me, it was an email telling me I didn’t get the position. The interview was misleading as they advised that they were looking to hire immediately and were going to wrap up interviews quickly. With the way the conversations went, I passed up a few jobs, I should’ve went with my gut instinct after the first time they didn’t follow up as promised.
