I applied online. I interviewed at EZPAWN in Jun 2022
Interview
I requested an interview on June 16th at 9:30am with Jessica Ruiz because of a request to apply I received from EZPAWN. I I requested the specific time because I was scheduled to work at my current employer. Iarrived at 9:15am to find a line of people waiting by a back door. No one was greeted or given any direction until after 10am. Once the interviews began(around 10:30am) they started at the front of the line. Once I finally got a chance to interview, the woman wrote me off because I did not bring in a copy of my resume. Since the beginning of COVID, having a paper copy of a resume is not necessary and quite frankly, fairly reckless. She also could not or would not answer any of my questions regarding the companies long term goals or anything regarding the growth and potential growth in the Houston region. She asked me no questions after I spoke about my background and experience. She did mention that the company had a lot of turnover but I did not ask about that and frankly, I know that because I was a Store Manager at Cash America. The overall interview process EZPAWN put myself and other candidates through was an abysmal disappointment.
Since this experience, I have received three more requests to interview saying that I can select a specific time, which is extremely in accurate per my experience.
I am not interested in developing my career with a company that does not put people first.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EZPAWN (Nashville, TN) in Jun 2013
Interview
They will drag out the process. First interview with Area Manager and HR, then another with a store manager then a 2-3 hour store 'visit' to see if you like it. Might have to travel 2-3 hours to see it live. The 2 Nashville stores aren't busy enough to give you a good feel of how the real business operates.

Expect two to three interviews followed by usual drug screen. Etc You will interview with area manager and hr separately or together possibly with regional director of operations which usually have no real idea how pawn business works. Expect it to take them weeks too months to finish all your new hire training paper work training and pay they promises you.

Question 1
Sell me this pen? And what would you do if you caught your employees stealing( they literally think everyone is stealing from them). Reality it's a generic store manager interview substitute pawn for all the normal questions. I think they literally take it from googles best interview questions.
