Interview
Die ersten 30 Minuten drehten sich um meinen Lebenslauf und meine Motivation, die letzte halbe Stunde um eine kleine mündliche Case Study. Da die Stelle im Performance Improvement Team war, handelte die Case Study von einem Beispielprojekt.
3 rounds of introduction, cases, and fit check. First interview is with hr and junior, second interview with managers/directors, and the third interview with the partner. Average length of 45 min to 1 hour.

1 excel case where they give you an hour to sift through a dump of data (while presenting screen) and you need to present your findings at the end
1 standard business case
