Interview
Interview was done by phone with recruiter, The questions were general and they wanted descriptions of your experience and background. In particular they wanted to know experience training general population and your skill in strength training and athletic development.
2 step process - phone call and practical component. Manager was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions with ease. The process was not difficult if you had been training a few years.
Bit of a rocky start when the recruiter was unable to call due to not being able to connect to my UK number. Then had an interview with the hiring manager who was fab.

- Initial interview with recruiter via phone. The recruiter will ask questions too see if your are good fit for the role.
- Virtual interview with the site manager . The manager will get in the specifics of the site.
