This company is the most disorganized I have ever interviewed with. Initially, my application was immediately rejected by their system. Then, a day later, I received an email from a recruiter stating that the hiring manager wanted to speak with me, which was very confusing. It appears their ATS system is flawed, potentially rejecting qualified candidates. I can't imagine how many people have been unfairly eliminated due to this error. Additionally, skipping the initial phone interview was concerning as it meant salary expectations were not discussed upfront. The salary range listed on their website was very wide and misleading. On the interview day, I had a panel interview with two hiring managers who did not have their cameras on, and one remained silent throughout, which I found very unprofessional. When I inquired about the daily responsibilities, their description significantly differed from the job posting, requiring more advanced skills. The role was more focused on payment integrity and auditing rather than business analytics. Fortunately, I have those skills, but I had left my previous role to pursue a different career path and was not interested in returning to a similar job, especially for a lower salary. During the second interview with the director, it was clear he was unsure of his role and seemed intimidated by my skill set, as if he feared I might surpass him in the company. He also expected me to handle critical tasks such as representing the company and presenting to C-level clients, which I am comfortable with, but he implied that I would have to do his job while being paid significantly less. I have never encountered such a toxic environment. It is evident that this company is highly disorganized and lacks a clear sense of hierarchy. After the final round, they expressed strong interest and assured me that I would receive a job offer. However, my gut feeling told me that they might make you feel secure initially, only to change their mind when it no longer benefits them. Therefore, I decided not to accept the offer. The day after, they sent me a rejection letter, which felt like a childish move: "No you didn't deny our job offer first. We rejected you first!" kind of attitude. My advice to future candidates is to be extremely cautious and not to waste your time. The layoff rate of this company is also at a record high since they mentioned that they're outsourcing many positions to India nowadays for cheaper labor.
