Interview
EXL comes to my college for placement in august. It conduct the placement process in two stages. First, there is a written aptitude test including three sections verbal ability, logical reasoning and quantitative aptitude. Second, it is an interview most of the questions are related to resume and some puzzle questions are also asked. The interview is about 20-30 min long in my case.

The question related from my resume related to data analysis like on what factors a shop sales depend and some puzzle questions like how you find the mass of person if you don't have any weighing machine or any other resource to measure the weight directly.
Moderate interview process with theory based and practical based, you will have to show on screen and client rounds are there
And they can take Upto 7 rounds of interview
They had two process, after telephonic discussion with HR. One virtual technical then another with VP face to face. They typically asked about BA, scrum, project handling, and your role
Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
