The recruiters are unprofessional. After taking required documents post interview they stopped responding for one week after that they started telling we will release the offer letter today or tomorrow, blah blah.. Keep lying .. Keep you in false hope.. Never give the correct update ..

The process has total of 3 rounds out of which is an assignment round where you have to make a full fledge framework and project code. The HR is pretty rude here. They won't pick up your calls. Cleared all the rounds and invested 25 days of efforts. After that you get to know you will not be offered even 30% hike. They won't inform you or discuss with you the number they can offer just a blunt email. Asking 30% hike in an era where people are getting around 300% hike that too is impossible to meet. They don't bother about the candidates. Pathetic interview process and specially the HR.
