A casual personal interview and questions more about the position than knowledge. Further, they will brief you on the client and they will ask if you can prove your qualifications will suit the position provided and your ability to complete tasks, etc. If interested they will talk package and lead you to HR to complete the hiring process

Interview
Interview process was very smooth and HR department arrenge everything with the coordination. HR round was very helpful to know about the company. They are very supportive and listen all concern.
2 hr rounds , 1 senior manager and 1 team lead will conduct interview all remote no face to face needed. Just try your luck they have enought openings throughout the year. Try referal
It was completely depends on your thinking and presence of mind. Needs to be focused. There were 3 rounds 1st with Hr then assistant manager than senior manager. It was a good experience for me with exl.
