Quick HR interview / screening
Then they sent a assignment of 4 coding problems of different complexities. This took close to a full day to complete (with tests, scripts to setup environment, DB, documenting)
I sent the test over in less than a week after requested, they said to not rush and do it as good as I could.
After sending the invite for the repository, to 4 of their employees- none of them accepted the invite. After weeks of silence, received a generic email saying that they decided to go with other candidate
THEY NEVER OPENED MY ASSIGNMENT
this company has no respect with candidates- can only think of how they work internally
This is a flawed pipeline and they only justified as having to make a swift decision.
They really should put their ducks on row. I feel like a joke for spending almost a day on something nobody ever opened.
