VERY technical and unstructured video interview for a graduate technology consultant role! The interviewer asked questions off of the top of his head, ALL technical based questions.
Quite unexpected! Interviewer was also late to interview.

Interview
There was a group discussion round at the start which was pretty easy, they selected 3 out of 10 students from each group. It was followed with a technical/HR round where there were questions about various puzzles, family background, 2-3 codes (Basics), why should we hire you etc. Last round was a telephonic round with one of their senior employees and that round lasted around for 45 mins and it mostly contained a mix of puzzles, sql queries and sql basics.
