      Senior Manager Interview

      23 Mar 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ETS in Dec 2024

      Interview

Lengthy and then ghosted. They advertised for the role in the UK then pulled it. Then reposted it in the US. Then two months later they reposted it in the UK. Did five video conference calls with very pleasant people, was asked to do a task. Sent them the slides, then heard nothing after weeks of chasing. They've since continually reposted the job on LinkedIn and the recruiter based in New York doesn't respond to messages. Even if they rang me up tomorrow and offered me the job and a boatload of cash I wouldn't trust them. I also deliberately created a deck that didn't have Excel data linked in the graphs and charts I used and was built around talking points for me to present, rather than giving them the full picture, as the question was a genuine business scenario. For the good it did I applied copyright to the deck.
