Interview
First go through the candidate resume. Should be thoroughly checked the depth of work experience . If required can be arranged field test or give a paper to draw the circuits diagram, for example to do the wiring etc.
check the previous experience if certificate fair enough or else we need to go in depth.
Discuss with the candidate regaring the previous project detailed explanation on his own language.

They went through my resume. After that he reviewed the appreciation from Dubai Airport Consultants(Dar Al Handasah). Then he said no more technical questions due to appreciation letter.
