Interview
There were 2 interviewers; an HR specialist and a general manager. The HR specialist asked questions in French and the general manager asked questions in English. It lasted ~45 minutes. They were transparent on salary budget (Rs25,000-40,000 dependent on studies and experience in strategy and ESG). They were also pretty fast in their hiring process (the screening and first interview and decision all took place in 2 weeks).
