I interviewed with ERM and went through a structured process that included three main stages.
First, I had an initial phone interview with HR to discuss my background and motivations.
This was followed by a one-on-one interview with the Team Lead, where we discussed technical skills and role expectations.
Finally, I participated in a team interview, which focused on collaboration, problem-solving, and team fit.
