Just phone call and general questions about my experience. Then visit to Saint Louis office meet in person where negotiate the salary and company's facilities presentation for me. Few more conversations on phone and I got an offer.

I would say no technical questions at all. Just only one how I gonna test differential protection.

Phone call, I didn't have a in person interview before being haired. I was set up for a Skype interview but it never happened instead I got a email with a job offer.
