Applied to job posting on Indeed for a practice lead position for their PowerBI, Sharepoint, and O365 group. I first had a 30 minute telephone interview with the two principals, followed by a 1 hour in-person interview later that week with the same people. They called two business days later and offered me the position, but the offer letter was for a "customer engagement lead" position. I had some concerns about the company and the role, so I thought about it, then called them back to accept and emailed a few follow-up questions about the job's responsibilities, the compensation structure (which is needlessly complicated), and a few basic HR questions. They called me back the following morning to rescind the offer, stating "if you haven't even worked a day for us and you're already asking these types of questions then that sends a bad sign."
Personally, I already had concerns about this company, and I feel like being exposed to this sort of unprofessionalism up-front just saved me some time. I wouldn't recommend this company.
