EPAY Systems interview questions

There was 2 rounds but mostly there are 3 rounds. My first round is with QA manager and second round is with director of engineering. Both rounds are of 1 hr but second rounds lasts for 20 mins. Still I dont understand on basis did they not selected me as I am able to answers most of the questions correctly.
