I was contacted by a recruiter, then there was three round: HR, technical, and manager interview. They wanted to get to know me in the first round, in the technical circle, then they expected algorithms and coding. The interview process lasted several weeks.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Riga) in Jan 2025
Interview
jumped on their platform (asked for camera), theoretical questions first, later got to programming in their platform, interviewer was professional, nice. In the programming part was selecting questions for programming from their selection on platform, in other case later on wrote question himself in real time (he can also help you in answering question as he can also use that platform).

data warehouse stuff, python (object oriented and data types), later programming, writing a class and method, decorator. NoSQL stuff, quarries, very simple ones but a lot differentiation, like writing about alter and drop and create not just simple select

Interview
It was a happy experience in Epam. Unlike other companies, their way of interviewing the applicants was different and good. The questions were of moderate difficulty level. I really look forward to join the team .
