I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (New Delhi) in Apr 2023
Interview
It was 4 rounds of interview, first was to check English level . The second was the technical 90 minutes. Third was the managerial round of 45 minutes for behaviour and project related things. Fourth one is to offer discussion and company benefits. They offer a good package without asking previous salary structures like other companies do in india to give a hike on existing salary . Medical benefits are great and up to the standard of today's market. Best thing is that they offer fixed salary no variable kind of loopholes to fool employees like other organisations do in india. It took 4 weeks to proceed with the interview and offer letter release . Overall experience is clear from hiring manager to company talent acquisition pool team.
5 step of it. HR, OA, Technical Interview, HR Manager Interview, Company Interview and Offer. HR team were really helpful in every step of the process. There is a puzzle of OA which was looking simple but you have to manage your timing. I cannot see the beyond because that position was closed...
