I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Budapest) in Sept 2016
Interview
Three rounds: 1st round is HR Round, 2nd Round is Tech Interview, and 3rd Round is Resource Manager. I didn't make it past the Tech Round.
HR Round - was the easiest, although a little boring. Having to listen to the entire history of the company as if it were Apple Inc. At the end, they gave me four short screening questions prepared by the Tech team. These were easy, although they could have framed the questions more specifically. Tech Round: This was mostly questions from the Swift Book - from the basics of Swift structs and classes, ARC, to Automated unit testing. Interview was over one hour long and I had to write code examples on the whiteboard to explain the concepts. I was honest about what I knew and what I didn't.
Interview panel was really nice and the overall experience was quite pleasant.
Work environment was very warehousey and so I didn't mind not getting in.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Riverside, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied online through EPAM careers page and was contacted by their recruiter. The first round was a phone interview where they asked basic questions like experience, expected salary etc. She then scheduled an technical interview with their iOS team. The interview went for 1hr 30 min and mostly covered concepts on Swift and iOS like core data, access controls. They stress on your soft skills and client handling skills.
I passed the technical round but the communication went cold. They stopped answering my emails.
