The HR set an appointment, called me on the phone, asked me about my previous role, explained the advertised role and the package, and told me I would be called back till the end of the day. They did not call me, I sent them an email and asked for the feedback the day and they told me this: "Thank you for your application for the position of Sales Representative at ENTTEC. We appreciate your interest in joining our company and we enjoyed hearing more about your experience. We have carefully reviewed a large number of applications; unfortunately, at this time we will not be inviting you to the next stage of the hiring process. We wish you the best of luck in your job search. " In spite of my great fir for this job and the seemingly satisfying interview that we had I was surprised!
