Multistage interview, recruiter and then different department leads. No one seemed to know what the job actually entailed until the final interview. Very disorganised company. Wasted a lot of my time

Interview
I was invited to head office to look around the faciltities. I checked in at reception and was greeted by staff. The interview was in person with two directors for clinical and client relations. Lasted approximately 1.5hours.

How do you align with the company's aims and an exmaple for each case.
Straight forward. Had a call with the recruiter and then with the hiring manager. Very conversational rather than technical and genuinely seemed interested in why I was interested in the role.
