The interview process was excellent. It was mainly behavioral and very interactive along the way, I was not doing most of the talking. It was somewhat markets focused as well given that it is a role in wealth management

It took about 30 minutes. My interview was at 10:45am When I got there I did not have to wait long. They handed me the paper to sign when completed. The interviewer came to get me.

Interview
Hiring was a two step process with an on the phone interview and in person interview, which was also two rounds back to back. Best pieces of advice regarding this role is to be yourself, come in with a basic understanding of the financial enviroment, be up to date on macro events and if you aren't ethical in your thinking do not apply, they have the ability, knowledge and expierence to sniff it out right away.
