I was contacted by a very professional recruitment agency for a first contact. After that, my CV was submitted to the Company HR department that organized a telephone interview. The call was pretty friendly but also professional at the same time. I had the possibility to describe my background, my competences and my expectations in a pretty constructive atmosphere. Almost immediately I was requested to come on site for an interview (full reimbursement). The welcome was excellent and I felt at home. My interview was with the Division Manager responsible for the position, one other Quality Manager, the HR and then the CEO (an excellent talk with him). I also did a tour of the company, to become more familiar.
After having being selected, the HR collected the feedback from some references I indicated and then I received the contract proposal.
In a couple of months the process was completed.
