For a company that prides itself on making language accessible to all, breaking down barriers and fostering communication, their interview process leaves nothing to be desired. I applied online through their careers site. I received an email response from their global talent acquisition team inviting me for a first round phone interview with their AI assistant. They said the AI assisted call would take no more than 10 minutes. It took 30 minutes to complete. The call was an AI agent asking behavioral type questions about my experience. The AI agent kept interrupting me during my responses, and it was incapable of answering any of my follow up questions. Anytime I asked a question, it responded by saying I should speak to my interview coordinator. After completing my AI assisted interview, I never received a follow up from the global talent team about next steps. They totally ghosted me.
