I applied online. I interviewed at ELS Educational Services in Oct 2022
Interview
Quick interview, there were someone already leaving and another planned to leave in next few months so it was a red flag they needed someone. 2 Interviews and was then offered position but very low balled, 43K saying it was entry level position, which I held over 6 years of advising & two degrees. Negotiated and they ended up rescinded and finding someone else. Nothing personal but shows that they don't care really or value about employees. HUGE red flag.. Wouldn't recommend.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ELS Educational Services (DeKalb, IL) in Aug 2012
Interview
I was brought in after submitting a resume via a current employee at the center who heard about the job opening. I had a phone interview, and then an in-person with both the Center Director and the District Director.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked questions about budgeting, where looking back the answer should have been something like "insufficient information to answer this question." I felt a little tricked and ended up giving a stupid answer.
