I emailed them to clarify the duties of the internship I found listed online, and it looks like they are looking for B2B salespeople. I assumed it was more of a desk job, and declined. Ask them what your duties will be straight away so you don't waste a trip going to the interview.

1st interview is brief 15-20 minutes
2nd interview is about 2 hours long
ELM is legitimate, I see their growth and leadership. I don't personally like to travel, but there is definitely some national travel and maybe international travel for employees selected. That was mentioned twice.
