Once my resume was received, I spoke to the Director of HR and the General Manager. They discussed their needs for the position and my qualifications. The conversation was engaging and energetic and provided a lot of background to the company as a whole. After that, I came in for an in-person on-site interview and was given an offer letter. Ellwood did not dance around my hiring process or needlessly drag it out at any point. They worked with me and were very understanding of my situation at the time.
