1 hour panel interview (includes 5-10 minutes presentation), 45 minutes with the technical team, 45 minutes with HR (no competency-based interview, just information about salary, benefits and contract), 45 minutes one to one (not always), and a coffee break with people in the team (relaxed conversation and an opportnity to ask questions about the team, life in the campus, etc). Quite random questions. It depens on people interviwing. CV and experince count as much as personality (interviwers opinion about how the candidate fits in the team).
